Nike Community Ambassador Summit

The Nike Community Ambassador Summit equips Nike employees with the tools they need to be coaches in their communities.  Participants gain practical strategies for creating inclusive, healing-centered sport environments for all young people, especially those who have not always been welcomed into sport.  Coaches will use the 6Cs of coaching to create a future of youth sport in which all young people feel like they belong.
