Nike Coach Summit 2024

Nike Coach Summits  focus on the unique needs of coaching girls.  Participants gain practical strategies for creating inclusive, healing-centered sport environments for all young people, especially those who have not always been welcomed into sport.  Coaches will understand the unique challenges girls face in accessing high-quality developmentally appropriate sport experiences and how to break down those barriers to full engage girls in own personal and the team's growth.
